About Us

Broken Ridge Commons is an 11-acre master-planned community from developer/builder 2 North Homes, LLC. This mixed-use project features 88 residential units in a variety of configurations along with a collection of highly desirable neighborhood business establishments like a coffee shop, a restaurant/brewery, a fitness center/yoga studio, and a movie theater.

2 North Homes is a premier development and building company that specializes in residential and mixed-use projects in Boise and in resort markets like Sun Valley and McCall. Partners Michael Jobes and Jeanette Newbold have over 30 years of experience bringing neighborhoods to life throughout Idaho.

Broken Ridge Commons is our largest project to date and our most recent. Our objective with this project is to create a unique resort neighborhood that exemplifies the mountain lifestyle, complete with walking paths and nearby businesses. We are especially proud of this development and its contribution to the McCall community.
